Scope and information we use
This notice applies to the PSS service-related SMS program. It covers your mobile number, name if supplied, message contents, requested service or scheduling details, delivery information, and records of consent, withdrawal and support requests.
We use this information to handle the service conversations and updates you request, deliver and support messages, record your choices, prevent unwanted messages and meet applicable obligations. The program does not authorize access to private customer or job records simply because someone texts from a phone number.
Your choice
Texting is optional. Consent to service texts is not a condition of buying services. We obtain permission for the stated SMS purpose before sending. Giving a phone number, receiving a voice call or consenting to email does not by itself enroll you in this SMS program.
Reply STOP to stop program texts, HELP for support, or START to request opt-in again. PSS retains suppression information reasonably needed to honor an opt-out. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing and marketing
PSS does not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are disclosed only to providers that deliver and administer this messaging program on PSS’s behalf, or as required by law. Other service-request information may be disclosed to authorized service providers as needed to address your request. These disclosures do not permit use of SMS consent for marketing.
Retention, access and security
PSS retains SMS information as reasonably needed to handle service requests, administer the messaging program, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention may also be necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, where permitted by law. You may request deletion by calling (971) 229-2300. Applicable law may permit or require PSS to retain some information, including records needed to honor an opt-out.
PSS personnel and service providers use program records for the purposes described in this notice. Standard SMS is not a secure channel for payment credentials, passwords, verification codes, private access codes or unrelated sensitive information. Please do not send those details.
